Accessing and using the website https://www.arema.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website”) grants the visitor of the Website the status of user and implies the total acceptance without reservation by the user of the conditions of use in force at all times.

We consider the privacy of individuals, both visitors to our website and any other individuals who provide information through it, important. The data of these individuals are processed by AGUA, RESIDUOS Y MEDIO AMBIENTE, S.A. (hereinafter AREMA) as part of the provision of services (hereinafter, “you” or “the user,” and in the plural, “you” or “the users”).   • Knowing your opinion and assessment and keeping you informed of activities, news, special offers, and promotional activities of interest related to comprehensive construction services.

3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

We will process your data when necessary to execute any contractual relationship or when the user has given their consent.

In this regard, if the data provided in the corresponding forms belong to a third party, the user is solely responsible for properly obtaining the third party’s consent to information regarding the aspects reflected in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of the Website.

4. How long will we keep your data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary for the aforementioned purposes of processing, as well as as long as there are legal prescriptions that determine their custody and when it is no longer necessary for it or you request the deletion of your data.   • Right to request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Right to request the limitation of their processing: in this case, we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • Right to object to processing: AREMA will stop processing personal data, except if they must continue to be processed for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  • Right to data portability: if the user wants their data to be processed by another data controller, AREMA will facilitate the transfer of their data to the new data controller.
  • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of personal data.
